Mr. Ward is a Co-Founder and Principal of Blue Atlantic Partners. Mr. Ward joined Atlantic Pacific Companies in 2009 and currently serves as a Managing Director. Prior to Atlantic Pacific Companies, Mr. Ward served as VP of Fowler Property Acquisitions (“FPA”), a full-service real estate company with assets of $1.3 billion. Prior to joining FPA, Mr. Ward served as VP of Acquisitions and Dispositions at LNR Property Corporation. During Mr. Ward’s 14-year tenure at LNR, he was directly responsible for $500 million of acquisitions as well as dispositions of $2 billion in over 280 sales transactions. Mr. Ward negotiated complex JV structures and led the underwriting of several large portfolios on behalf of both LNR and its parent, Cerberus.

Mr. Ward graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in Finance and received an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
