Mr. Hon is a Co-Founder and Principal of Blue Atlantic Partners. Previously, Mr. Oren Hon served as CEO of Elad National Properties between 2012 and 2013. With a portfolio value of over $1.1 billion, Elad National is a privately held entity with over 10,000 multifamily residential units in 8 states, 1 million square feet of office space and 2 hotels in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Mr. Oren Hon is also the founder and managing director of Neve Hon Group, an asset management company specializing in multifamily opportunistic real estate investments in Florida and investment and management of fixed income securities.

 

Previously, Mr. Hon served as VP of Mergers & Acquisitions for Gazit Globe (NYSE:GZT), a multinational owner, operator and developer of malls and shopping centers with over $20 billion under management. During his tenure at Gazit-Globe, Mr. Hon has acquired years of extensive expertise in retail real-estate sectors and has spearheaded the Group’s worldwide M&A activity and the development of its public and private platforms. Throughout his years at Gazit, Mr. Hon headed over $2 billion of successful single and portfolio transactions through private and public offerings. Mr. Hon was also director and member of several investment committees of Gazit-Globe’s group companies. Mr. Hon began his career as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch Investment Banking Group in New York. 

Mr. Hon holds a BS from Stern School of Business at New York University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
